2.4 m x 3.6 m decking kit: everything you need, supplied cut to length
This 2.4 m x 3.6 m decking kit covers 8.6 m² and lists every part you need to build the deck: boards, C24 treated joists and a full fixing kit, with decking screws and frame fixings. The C24 joists are set at 400 mm centres, not the 600 mm commonly used, for a sturdier, more substantial deck. We also give you the cutting list, in millimetres, so you know exactly what to cut.
Choose green treated boards for the lowest cost, or SertiWOOD Anti-Slip boards in green and black or red and black for steps, ramps, wet areas and busy paths.

About our green treated decking kits
Every kit is supplied cut to length. We cut the boards and joists to size for you, so all you need to do is screw the kit together. Boards run along the long side of the deck.
Every kit includes a full fixing kit: stainless decking screws for the boards and frame fixings for the joists, so you can start building as soon as your kit arrives, with no extra trip for screws.
Our kits are built to be sturdier and more substantial than many standard kits: the C24 joists are set at 400 mm centres, not the 600 mm centres commonly used, so every board is supported more closely. The result is a firmer, more solid deck with less bounce and better long-term stability.
This decking kit is ideal for all decking and landscaping projects. It is a practical way to make the most of your garden and to create separate areas for outdoor relaxation and entertaining.
The timber is pressure-treated green to BS 8417 at our own treatment works. This helps maximise the service life of the timber, by up to 15 years, and creates an effective barrier against insect and fungal attack.
The decking supplied in this kit is our flagship Standard Redwood Decking Board, a quality timber that is easy to work with. Swedish redwood decking resists shrinking and warping, offers enhanced durability and ages well. The boards are reversible: one face is grooved and the reverse is smooth, so you can choose the finish you prefer.
This kit comprises: Decking boards, C24 decking joists, Fixing kit: stainless decking screws and frame fixings.
Please note: our kits do not include handrails, balustrades, newel posts or spindles, and do not include fascia or edging trim, which may be required for your project.
Please also note: all boards and joists are supplied cut to length for the stated deck size, so there is no cutting to do. Quantities are based on the specified dimensions only, so please refer to the fitting instructions.

2.4 m x 3.6 m kit with SertiWOOD Anti-Slip decking
SertiWOOD Anti-Slip boards are 28 x 119 mm with EPDM rubber strips set into the surface. The strips add grip without feeling rough or gritty, and the soft EPDM gives a comfortable, padded feel underfoot. The boards come in 3.6 m lengths in green and black or red and black. Each board runs the full length of the deck.

How the kit is designed
- Designed for a ground-level or low domestic deck on firm, level, well-drained ground.
- 47 x 75 mm nominal (45 x 70 mm actual) C24 treated joists at no more than 400 mm centres, supported at no more than 1000 mm. Supports, membrane and edging trim are not included in the kit price.
- 6 mm gap between boards, and two 4.5 x 60 mm stainless screws at every joist crossing.
- Boards run along the long side of the deck. Where the run is longer than one board (anti-slip boards come in 3.6 m lengths only), boards are butt-jointed over a doubled joist, with all the joints in one straight line.
- Decks raised more than 30 cm above the ground, or attached to a building, may need planning or building regulations approval. Check with your local authority.
- Every board and joist is supplied cut to length, so the kit simply screws together. Confirm the specification with us before you order.
