Authentic reclaimed wood for interiors
Reclaimed barnwood cladding is timber recovered from old barns and agricultural buildings, cleaned, de-nailed and prepared for reuse as wall cladding. Decades of sun, wind and rain give it a depth of colour and texture that new timber cannot match: silver greys, honey browns, saw marks, knots and old nail holes.
Why choose reclaimed wood wall panels?
- Unique character: no two boards are the same, so every wall is one of a kind.
- Sustainable: giving old timber a second life saves new trees and keeps waste out of landfill.
- Instant warmth: rustic, industrial, Scandinavian and farmhouse interiors all come alive with reclaimed wood.
- Easy to fit: our barnwood comes in convenient boxed packs for feature walls.
Where to use reclaimed barnwood
Living room and bedroom feature walls, headboards, kitchen islands, home bars, restaurants, cafes, hotels, retail displays, offices and reception desks.
How to fit reclaimed wood cladding
Let the boards acclimatise indoors for 48 hours. Fix to battens or directly to a sound flat wall with construction adhesive and brad nails, mixing boards from several packs as you go for an even spread of colours and widths. Leave the natural surface unfinished, or seal with a matt clear finish in kitchens and busy areas.
